Why connect QuickBooks

Your bills, ready to pay, with rewards attached

Stop moving between your accounting software and your payments platform. Connect QuickBooks Online once, and your unpaid bills come to you.

No more copy-pasting

Import unpaid bills directly. No re-entering vendor or invoice details by hand. Overdue bills surface first so nothing slips.

The double-dip, on every bill

Pay by card and keep your card's rewards automatically. Add PayRewards Points on top for a fee, and you earn twice on the same payment.

Pay your way, in one batch

Mix ACH, wire transfer, and paper check across a single batch. Add PayRewards Points to any payment you choose. No hidden fees, ever.

QuickBooks updates itself

Once your payment processes, the bill is marked paid in QuickBooks automatically. No going back to reconcile by hand.

How it works

From connected to paid in four steps

Step 1

Connect QuickBooks

Connect from the dashboard card in Recommended Actions, or from Settings › Integrations. Log in through Intuit's secure OAuth flow.

Step 2

Import unpaid bills

Head to Make a Payment › Batch payments › Import from QuickBooks. Your unpaid bills load automatically so you can search, filter, and select what to pay.

Step 3

Set payment details

Choose a delivery method for each bill: ACH, wire, or paper check. Vendor details pre-fill from QuickBooks; add bank details once and they're saved.

Step 4

Pay and authorize

Pick a payment method, review fees, and authorize. Optionally send remittance advice to payees. Payments show in Transactions, labeled QuickBooks.

Coming soon

We're just getting started

The QuickBooks integration keeps getting better. Here's what's on the way.

Manual payment sync

Pay a one-off bill directly in PayRewards, outside the QuickBooks import, and have it settle in QuickBooks too.

Vendor self-serve bank details

Send a vendor a secure link to enter their own bank details, so you never have to chase them down.

FAQ

Questions? We've got answers

Does connecting QuickBooks cost anything?

No. Connecting is free and adds no extra fee — you pay the same PayRewards pricing as any other payment.

Do I still earn rewards on QuickBooks bills?

Yes, and you can earn twice. Pay by card and keep your card's rewards automatically, then add PayRewards Points on top for the double-dip.

How much manual work does it save?

Both ends. Unpaid bills import straight from QuickBooks with no re-typing, and once you pay, they're marked paid in QuickBooks automatically.

How do I connect, and how long does it take?

One secure sign-in through Intuit from Settings › Integrations. Most businesses are importing and paying bills within minutes.
