“PayRewards solved a lot of things for us - cashflow being number one. Now I can upload all my payments at once and know they’ll be paid in two business days. It’s easier, our Vendors are happy, and we’re unlocking travel rewards we’d never have paid for out of pocket.”

PayRewards vs. BILL: your questions

How do PayRewards fees compare to BILL?

PayRewards has no subscription or per-user fees. Card payments carry a 2.9% service fee, the same as BILL, plus an optional Core (1.75%) or Plus (3.25%) rewards fee to earn points. ACH payments carry the rewards fee and earn 1 or 2 points per $1. BILL charges $49 to $89 per user per month, $0.59 per ACH payment and $1.99 per check.

Do I need a special card to earn rewards on PayRewards?

No. Bring your own Visa, Mastercard or Amex and keep its points. PayRewards Points land on top.

Can I move my vendors and bills from BILL?

Yes. Connect QuickBooks Online to import your bills, then add your payees once.

Does PayRewards sync with QuickBooks Online?

Yes: bill import, payment and automatic reconciliation, on every account. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.

Does PayRewards do receivables, 1099s or international payments?

Not today. PayRewards is built for payables: paying US vendors by card or ACH, delivered by ACH, wire or check. You can keep BILL for receivables and run your payables through PayRewards.
